John Binswanger has played a leading role in the development and implementation of major building projects throughout the country for clients such as: Comcast Corporation, ARAMARK, Rohm and Haas, City of Philadelphia, and Independence Blue Cross. He is a former International President of the World Presidents' Organization and a member of the Chief Executives’ Organization, the Philadelphia Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. In 1999-2000 he held the Chair of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, was Chairman of the Police Athletic League, Vice Chairman of the Center City District, and General Chairman of the 1998 United Way Campaign. Currently, Mr. Binswanger's serves as Fairmount Park Commissioner and as President of the Fairmount Park Conservancy and sits on the boards of Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Police Foundation. Mr. Binswanger also took a lead role in gathering support in the business community for the world renowned Barnes Foundation's proposed move to Philadelphia’s Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
