As a member of Stradley Ronon's Business Practice Group, Carolina Spaventa focuses her practice on real estate, commercial finance and other general corporate matters. Ms. Spaventa's client representations include:

Ms. Spaventa is a member of the firm's Diversity Group, and was recently elected to the board of directors of the Hispanic Bar Association of Pennsylvania. She was also appointed president of the association's Legal Education Fund, a nonprofit organization that raises money for charitable and educational purposes. Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Ms. Spaventa was a litigation associate at another Pennsylvania law firm. She also served as a judicial clerk for the Hon. George L. Seltzer of the State of New Jersey, Superior Court, Appellate Division, where she drafted appellate advisory legal memoranda on civil and criminal matters. Ms. Spaventa graduated from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden, where she served as research editor on the Hunter Moot Court Board and received the Top 10 Best Brief/Best Oralist Award at the Hunter Moot Court Competition. She also received a pro bono award for significant service. In addition, Ms. Spaventa served as a legal extern for the Hon. Joseph H. Rodriguez of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and worked as a teaching assistant in a business organizations class.
