Richard DeMarco

Richard DeMarco has been an Associate Attorney at Klehr Harrison since 2002 during which time he has specialized in Zoning and land use matters and real estate litigation. Since receiving his J.D. from Villanova in 1992, Mr. DeMarco served for six years as the staff attorney to Council President Anna C. Verna where he practiced before the Zoning Board of Adjustment and represented the Councilwoman in the community. He gained increased experience in zoning and land use issues working as an Associate Attorney for Fineman & Bach until beginning his work with Klehr Harrison. Mr. DeMarco has spoken numerous times before the National Business Institute on Pennsylvania Zoning and Land Use law, and serves on the Executive Committee of the 39th Ward, where he simultaneously serves as the Ward's attorney.
