Prior to joining the Chamber in 2001, Denise Earley worked for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) for almost 25 years. Her latest position with SEPTA was Assistant General Manger for Public Affairs. In that role, Ms. Earley was directly responsible for overseeing the funding and legislative affairs of SEPTA at the Federal, state and local levels of government. In her role at the Chamber, Ms. Earley monitors all local matters at City Hall and, in particular, the legislative affairs at City Council, which she has personally been covering since 1979. Ms. Earley also works closely with the Administration and other City departments in moving the Chamber’s business agenda forward.
