Glenn is a life long resident of Philadelphia. Glenn was born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia. Glenn received his undergraduate degree in political science from Temple University, and his law degree Rutgers University School of Law. Glenn was a computer analyst with the City of Philadelphia from 1979-1987. He served as contracts counsel for the Philadelphia Gas Works from 1988-1997 before starting his private practice. Glenn is an ambassador and member of the board of directors of Greater Northeast Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. Glenn is an active member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Recording Academy (NARAS), the MusiCares Foundation, the American Bar Association Entertainment and Sports Law Forum, and the Philadelphia Bar Association Cyberspace and E-commerce Committee. Glenn is also a member of the Philadelphia Lawyers’ Club and the National Italian American – Political Action Committee (NIA-PAC). In 2002, Glenn was a Republican Party candidate for State Representative for the 174th Legislative District in Pennsylvania.
