Ann Hoskins-Brown has over twenty years of experience working with mid-sized and grassroots non-profit organizations in Philadelphia. Before becoming MANNA's Director of Institutional Giving, Ms. Hoskins-Brown served as the Board Chair of the South of South Neighborhood Association where she facilitated the Association's strategic planning and acted as the liaison between the organization and its funders. She remains actively involved in the organization’s Zoning Committee that reviews zoning proposals impacting the Southwest Center City area. A tireless community activist, Ms. Hoskins-Brown successfully worked with the City Council President’s Office and City Council Technical Assistance unit to win a zoning case resulting in the removal an illegal cellular phone tower in her neighborhood and was involved in community negotiations as Toll Bros. began its Naval Square project.
