City Councilman Brian O'Neill

Councilman Brian O'Neill is now serving his seventh four-year term on the Philadelphia City Council, and is Minority Leader of City Council and Chair of the Technology and Information Services Committee. A past president of both the National League of Cities and the Pennsylvania League of Cities and Municipalities, Councilman O'Neill now serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of both organizations. Moreover, Councilman O'Neill chairs the Northeast Airport Advisory Council and is on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Airport Advisory Committee and the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau.
