Guy Pigliacelli has been involved in all facets of construction for over thirty-eight years. He served an apprenticeship for four years and served in the field as a carpenter journeyman for eighteen years. For the last twenty-eight years he has been a Representative with the Metropolitan Regional Council of Carpenters of Philadelphia and Vicinity.
