Zoning Administrative Manual - Preliminary Draft

The City has created this Zoning Administrative Manual (ZAM) to be a step-by-step guide through Philadelphia's zoning process under the new zoning code.

This is a Preliminary Draft of the ZAM.  The City will have an open comment period until March 30, 2012. We will post all public comments before issuing a final draft.
