  • Minimum Open Area: 40% of lot.
  • Minimum Lot Area: One (1) acre.
  • Set-back Line: 30 ft. from all street lines; except loading portion: 50 ft.
  • Minimum Side Yard: 2 @ 15 ft.
  • Minimum Depth Rear Yard: 15 ft.
  • Maximum Height: 60 ft.
  • Maximum Floor Area: 500% of lot.
  • Maximum Bulk Requirement: 20 times GFA permitted.
  • One (1) space per 1,000 ft.2 of floor area.
  • Use Examples: Manufacturing, processing, wholesale, marketing, distributing, of food, beverages, agricultural and horticultural related uses, accessory uses, police and fire stations.
