  • Detached/Semi-detached/Attached/Multiple Structures permitted.
  • Minimum Lot Width: 12 ft.
  • Minimum Lot Area: Gross Floor Area ¸ Floor Area Ratio.
  • Gross Floor Area (Max. Permitted):
    • 1-story bldgs – 80% of lot area.
    • 2-story bldgs – 133% of lot area.
    • 3-story bldgs – 177% of lot area.
  • Minimum Open Area: 25% of the total Gross Floor Area permitted.
  • Set-Back Line/Front Yard Minimum Depth: None required; 8 ft. to be considered as part of the required open area.
