As a public service, the Zoning Code Commission (ZCC) is offering to research potential changes in dimensions or uses that could occur for a particular property in Philadelphia with the implementation of the draft zoning code as sent to City Council in May 2011.
To obtain this information, please complete this Property Research Form and email it to: zoning.commission@phila.gov or mail it to: Zoning Code Commission, 1515 Arch Street, 13th floor, Philadelphia PA 19102.
The ZCC will research the property and email or mail the information to you. The ZCC will also compile the information (without disclosing specific property addresses) and share it with the general public by positing it on http://www.zoningmatters.org/.
