Community Plans: Planning isn't confined to the citywide level. In community planning, residents work with professional city planners to craft a vision for the growth and continuous improvement of their neighborhood. Take a look below to see what some Philadelphia communities have imagined for their future. (Plans were prepared by PCPC unless denoted by an asterisk (*). Those plans were prepared by community-based organizations and the plans are supported by PCPC staff.)
