• Minimum Side Yard: 5 ft.
• Rear Yard/Rear Yard Area:
• Commercial/ < three-families: Min. Depth: > 10% of the lot depth.
• > Three families: Min. Depth = 9 ft.; Rear Yard Area: 344 ft.2 + 100 ft.2 for each add’l family
• Maximum Height: 35 ft. (3 stories).
• Parking: One (1) space per family.
• Use Restrictions: Completely enclosed buildings; sales shall be at retail; dealing directly with consumer.
