  • Detached/Semi-detached/Attached Structures permitted.
  • Minimum Lot Width:
    • Single-family/duplex dwellings – 18ft.
    • Multiple dwellings –
    • 18 ft. (1-3 story bldgs.);
    • 24 ft. (4-story bldgs);
    • 30 ft. (5-story bldgs);
    • Non-dwellings – 35 ft.
  • Minimum Lot Area:
    • Single-family/duplex dwellings – 1,620 ft.2
    • Multiple dwellings – 540 ft.2 per family.
    • Non-dwellings – 3,150 ft.2
  • Gross Floor Area (Max. Permitted): 150% for bldgs other than single-family/duplex dwellings.
  • Minimum Open Area: 50% of lot.
  • Set-Back Line/Front Yard Minimum Depth: 15 ft.
  • Rear Yard Minimum Depth:
    • Single-family/Duplex dwellings – 20ft.
    • Others – 30 ft.
  • Side Yard Minimum Width: 2 @ 5 ft.
  • Maximum Building Height:
    • Single-family/duplex dwellings – 35 ft.
    • Multiple dwellings – 50 ft..
    • Non-dwellings – 35 ft. + add’l height.
  • Parking: One (1) per unit and other stipulations.
