In March 2008, the Zoning Code Commission voted to form a Work Plan Committee to set a timeline, establish a work plan, and review any consultant applications that it may receive. This group consists of the following members:

In January 2009, the Zoning Code Commission voted to form a Civic Engagement Committee to refine a civic engagement strategy, analyze materials developed for civic engagement, and make recommendations on the civic engagement process. This group consists of the following members:
